Collins Concrete Coatings first launched in 2015 by owners Buck and Dana Collins.  As the largest LATICRETE SPARTACOTE contractor in the country, Collins Concrete Coatings has become a formidable industry leader in concrete coatings. We provide high quality, high performance resinous floors in industries such as: education, public space, police and fire departments, water treatment, correctional facilities, aviation, automotive, healthcare, laboratories, manufacturing and more. 

Collins Concrete Coatings is a leader in commercial and industrial concrete floor prep, polished concrete and resinous floor installations in the Washington, DC Metro region and is now the LATICRETE SUPERCAP Authorized Applicator in the DMV.

LATICRETE SUPERCAP is a bulk delivery system of cementitious self-leveling underlayment. With over 200MM SF installed in North America this delivery system brings the manufacturing plant to the jobsite through its patented Mobile Blending Unit that mixes at street level and pumps up to 50 stories’ high at a rate of 50,000 SF per day, saving contractors significant time, while correcting deflection and fixing old concrete slabs.  This delivers perfectly flat floors for your build-out.  Furthermore, only the hose goes into the building, unlike traditional SLU installation methods.  This means there is no respirable silica dust generated, exceeding OSHA regulations, thus keeping workers and job sites safer and cleaner.  General contractors and building owners experience greater efficiencies and value when using this proven Lean Construction tool.

There is less impact to the jobsite.  Fewer hours are spent prepping the worksite, preparing the LATICRETE SUPERCAP and the surface is usable within two hours.  Clients may use the work area within 24 hours!
